Through EOS Program my work efficiency is much better than before and I have totally control of work in both professional and personal to achieve the goals. Coming together is a beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success.

Programme is helpful to understand basics/essentials of a balanced and happy life. Human problems can simply be put in two categories; Physical and Emotional, and this programme suggests simple and basic practices to overcome those.

The whole training was amazing and valuable, Trainer Mr Ashish & Chandranshu is full of information, and they greatly delivered it to us. I would like to thank the fellow participants for being so wonderful in this journey of self discovery.

A insightful training by the organizer and presenter Mr. ASHISH and Mr. CHANDRANSHU. They were so inspiring and motivational. Presentations made were compact as well as highly informative. The interactive sessions were the confidence booster of all the participants. The ambiance instilled enthusiasm in the participants, a much needed USP of any organization success. EOS Program has helped me become aware of Wheel of Life. It is helping me have a balance in my life focussing on all the areas of my life. This course has given a direction to my life and I am aware of where I am heading. The techniques are doable, Centring and Grounding are really very effective.

In this programme, I found myself, my strengths, my weaknesses. I made a commitment to myself. To make myself better emotionally, mentally, physically each and every day. I realised that only if I am happy and satisfied , I can fulfil others needs and desires and make them happy too. I am thankful to this programme to make me much more aware than before.

I want to thank Ms Shalini Kamboj for training me with Essentials of Success and giving me a good platform to learn about goal setting, it has really enlighten me both personally and professionally. I also want to extend my thanks to the school management for giving me this opportunity to learn and grow.

The Workshop gave the opportunity to learn techniques to work better on ourselves and on emotions, I gained a lot of value and insights form the core motives model and the principles taught in the Training. I am extremely glad to be a part of this entire journey during the EOS sessions. It has changed me as a person in a lot many ways. My approach towards things and my perception has changed. I have now become more positive towards my personal and professional goals. I see myself as a confident and a fearless person. In my opinion, Essentials of success program is really essential to achieve success. The way of transaction of content of Ms. Sangita is so natural, simple and effective that it appealed all of us very much. The steps suggested in the program like identification of our dreams, desires and aspirations; perception of self-image and its betterment; assessment of our true potential and ways to enhance our potential are undoubtedly necessary and helpful in achieving success in personal and professional life.
