SKC’s Refund and Cancellation Policy
The below policy is applicable to following programs:
Essential of Success (EOS)
Anaavaran Workshop (Online)
Anaavaran Workshop (Physical)
At SKC World, to receive the best program experience possible, you must be willing to participate fully and receive openly with grace.
You may request a refund or adjustment of the paid fee in next batch if you feel the following:
- This course is not meant for me in the first session. Post the first session, there is no refund until it’s an emergency case.
- Unavoidable situations have come up that you want to drop it for the time being.
- You wish to take on the next batch.
One session policy
While our one session policy is to allow participants to learn risk free, get an exposure and gist of the program flavor, we must also protect our Mentors and Coaches from fraud. We will not process refund requests received after the refund window until it’s an emergency.
Additional reasons for denied refunds
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse, including but not limited to the following:
A significant portion of the course has been consumed by the participant before the refund was requested.
Multiple refunds have been requested by a participant for the same course.
Excessive refunds have been requested by the participants.
Credit only refunds
In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a direct refund, the refund will be granted using SKC Credits provided it otherwise meets our 30-day refund policy. Through this you can transfer the program credits to your known or take on the course later.
